Safe custody.—Every keeper of animals within the municipal limits shall keep every notice of demolition to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the keeping of animals is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every notice of demolition so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Town Planning Authority within fourteen days of the close of each year.
