Clause 2, Gujarat State Disaster Management (Relief material Control) Order, 2019 [S8C-B8G]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003 (Gujarat Act 20 of 2003); (b) "operator of a dam" means a person carrying on the operation of a dam in an emergency; (c) "no-objection certificate" means a no-objection certificate received, held or disposed of by a operator of a dam in the course of the operation of a dam in an emergency; (d) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
