Application for registration.—Every banking company carrying on the business of banking shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form B, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
