Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of an eating house who ceases to carry on the keeping of an eating house shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every firearm held by him has been disposed of.
