Application for registration.—Every operator of a cruise vessel carrying on the operation of a cruise vessel shall make an application for registration to the Inland Waterways Authority in Form 2, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every cargo held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
