Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a high-rise building who ceases to carry on the maintenance of fire safety in a high-rise building shall, within one day of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Relief Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every register of shelters held by him has been disposed of.
