Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment shall intimate to the State Medical Council, in Form 29 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Medical Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
