Surrender of certificate.—Every conciliator who ceases to carry on the conduct of conciliation shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every interim order held by him has been disposed of.
