Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a private siding who ceases to carry on the working of a private siding shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Divisional Railway Manager in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every advertisement board held by him has been disposed of.
