Safe custody.—Every administrator of an estate shall keep every marriage register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of an estate is carried on, shall record in Form V the description of every marriage register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Family Court within seven days of the close of each year.
