Intimation of change.—Every guardian appointed by the court shall intimate to the Registrar of Marriages, in Form I and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Marriages shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
