Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any export oriented unit dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Rajasthan in Form ANF-2A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of imports then held; and the Government of Rajasthan shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
