Safe custody.—Every export oriented unit shall keep every certificate of origin to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the manufacture of goods for export is carried on, shall record in Form ANF-5A the description of every certificate of origin so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Rajasthan within forty-five days of the close of each year.
