Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Waqf Tribunal in the custody of the Auditor of Trusts, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Waqf Tribunal; and where the Auditor of Trusts having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form H within sixty days of the succession.
