Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a houseboat who ceases to carry on the operation of a houseboat shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every monument held by him has been disposed of.
