Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a houseboat shall apply to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
