Application for registration.—Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application for registration to the Tahsildar in Form 12, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every register of holdings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
