Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a stadium who ceases to carry on the running of a stadium shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register of athletes held by him has been disposed of.
