Surrender of certificate.—Every nursing home who ceases to carry on the running of a nursing home shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 28 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
