Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the guardian appointed by the court shall apply to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
