Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in arms and ammunition shall apply to the Government of Bihar in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Bihar shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
