Safe custody.—Every dormant company shall keep every register of charges to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the holding of assets by a dormant company is carried on, shall record in Form INC-22 the description of every register of charges so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office within seven days of the close of each year.
