Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dormant company shall apply to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form ADT-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
