Periodical return.—Every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall furnish to the Local Complaints Committee, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form V of every admission register received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for fifteen days from the date on which it is furnished.
