Clause 2, Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) (Protection order Control) Order, 2017 [S89-51J]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988 (Andhra Pradesh Act 10 of 1988); (b) "child care institution" means a person carrying on the running of a child care institution; (c) "register of children" means a register of children received, held or disposed of by a child care institution in the course of the running of a child care institution; (d) "Form I" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
