Surrender of certificate.—Every occupant of public premises who ceases to carry on the occupation of public premises shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 4 of the manner in which every estate held by him has been disposed of.
