Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the Controller of Certifying Authorities, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Cyber Appellate Tribunal; and where the Controller of Certifying Authorities having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form A within sixty days of the succession.
