Surrender of certificate.—Every pilot who ceases to carry on the flying of aircraft shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-2 of the manner in which every flight plan held by him has been disposed of.
