Surrender of certificate.—Every salvor who ceases to carry on the salvage of vessels shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Ships in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every berth held by him has been disposed of.
