Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a solar power plant shall apply to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
