Intimation of change.—Every dealer in second-hand goods shall intimate to the Superintendent of Police, in Form I and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Superintendent of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
