Intimation of change.—Every third-party funder shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form D and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
