Application for registration.—Every third-party funder carrying on the funding of arbitral proceedings shall make an application for registration to the Government of Bihar in Form D, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of accreditation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
