Intimation of change.—Every registered elector shall intimate to the State Election Commission, in Form 7 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
