Intimation of change.—Every authorised dealer shall intimate to the Development Commissioner, in Form ANF-3A and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Development Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
