Surrender of certificate.—Every gratuity trust who ceases to carry on the administration of a gratuity fund shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 13 of the manner in which every pension payment order held by him has been disposed of.
