Safe custody.—Every gratuity trust shall keep every scheme to which these bye-laws apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of a gratuity fund is carried on, shall record in Form 2 the description of every scheme so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal within seven days of the close of each year.
