Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on a regulated activity shall intimate to the Competent Authority, in Form E and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
