Application for registration.—Every person carrying on a regulated activity carrying on the carrying on of a regulated activity shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form G, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every summons held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
