Application for registration.—Every creche carrying on the running of a creche shall make an application for registration to the Commission in Form II, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every individual care plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
