Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a critical information infrastructure shall apply to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
