Surrender of certificate.—Every bottler of water who ceases to carry on the bottling of water shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Canal Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every sample of water held by him has been disposed of.
