Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the bottler of water shall apply to the Canal Officer in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Canal Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
