Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in military stores shall apply to the Defence Estates Officer in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Defence Estates Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
