Surrender of certificate.—Every licensed marriage hall who ceases to carry on the letting of premises for marriages shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every notice of intended marriage held by him has been disposed of.
