Application for registration.—Every bank conducting Government business carrying on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall make an application for registration to the Public Accounts Committee in Form GFR 12-C, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every utilisation certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
