Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the bank conducting Government business to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form GFR 12-C, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Public Accounts Committee shall record the manner and the date of service within one hundred and twenty days of the service.
