Surrender of certificate.—Every sharecropper who ceases to carry on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Collector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 12 of the manner in which every parcel of land held by him has been disposed of.
