Intimation of change.—Every conductor of a stage carriage shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form 4 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
