Application for registration.—Every conductor of a stage carriage carrying on service as a conductor shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form 1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every driving licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
